I really have nothing to complain about. The hotel is right next to the main train station, making it ideal for a short trip or if you're just passing through. The room wasn't particularly big, but it was clean and had everything you need. The bed was comfortable and there was also a small fridge for storing food and drinks. Checking in at the machine was straightforward and the staff were friendly. Despite the location at the train station, it wasn't particularly loud, especially if you kept the windows closed. We'd love to come back!

Intercity Hotel Freiburg is generally good. It is built next to the main fire, with a commercial district and various bus stops. The rooms are reasonably furnished and have a small refrigerator. However, it is not suitable for people who have high requirements for sleeping environment (see the picture, the train station is outside the window). Even if the window is closed, the broadcast of the station is still heard all day long. The hotel will not allow early check-in at its discretion, and the old man at the front desk is a bit indifferent.
